SUMMARY:Lunes de Tierra\, Corazón y Manos – Monday!
\n\nEnglish Here – Español Arriba\nManos Mondays at Diamante LuzEarth\, Heart & HandsEvery Monday | 8:00 AM–12:00 PMDiamante LuzHosted by eartHeart | Shared with the Diamante Bridge Collective \nWhat is it?A Monday morning rhythm for caring for the Commons\, feeding the crew\, tending the trails\, and putting our hands where our hearts already are. \nWhy Mondays? Not everyone can or needs to participate in the Taco Tuesday meeting. Yet others have earned a Taco de Gracias! From eartHeart\, as the hosting space\, we are opening another way to get involved: through hands\, time\, land care\, kitchen support\, trail maintenance\, and preparing the space. \nWhat are we caring for? Each Monday we gather for practical care of the trails\, gardens\, fire circle\, kitchen\, shared spaces\, and gathering areas that make Taco Tuesdays\, DBC meetings\, community meals\, music\, learning\, and other free or by-donation events possible. \nWhat kind of work happens? The work changes each week and may include planting\, weeding\, trail clearing\, waterfall path maintenance\, gardening\, drainage\, building\, repairs\, organizing shared spaces\, nursery support\, signage\, or preparing the space for upcoming gatherings. \nBilingual practiceWe also practice Spanish and English with each other while we work\, or with the ants if they’re the only ones listening. \nSchedule and foodWe begin at 8:00 AM\, share fruit in the morning\, and close with a potluck at noon. \nWhat to bringBring water\, work clothes\, sturdy shoes\, fruit if you have it\, and something to share for lunch if you’re staying. \nDa una mano\, gana un tacoDuring May\, anyone who joins 2 or more Manos Mondays will receive a Taco Token to enjoy a Taco de Gracias / Taco Ganado at the end-of-month Taco ’Bout It Tuesday at Diamante Luz. \nMany hands for the land we shareEarth\, heart\, hands… and yes\, tacos.
