DESCRIPTION:Drop in every Wednesday evening with a relaxing sphere of Yin Yoga amidst candlelight. Yin Yoga helps us to connect back into our parasympathetic nervous system\, which helps our bodies return to homeostasis. This state of homeostasis is the body’s healing system which is often referred to as Rest & Restore or/ Rest & Digest. Bring all the comfy squish you’d like (pillows/blankets/crystals/etc).
