Ecomaste is an ecolodge and wellness sanctuary on just over a hectare of jungle above Tinamaste, in the Diamante Valley: a river running through it, mountain views, fruit trees, and vegetable gardens. It’s part of the small Fuente Verde community, alongside neighbors like Abundant Eden Nursery and the Living Library.
The land holds retreats: a 10-day silent retreat, Natural Rhythms, Rest and Revive. Alongside those are longer educational programs, a Regenerative Living Apprenticeship, a Herbalist Path internship, and a Permaculture Design Course. Shorter workshops run year-round: bamboo building, herbalism and plant walks, yoga, farm tours. Guests can also simply stay, in lodging booked directly through the site.
The thread running through all of it is connection: to self, to land, and to the practices that came before. Permaculture and syntropic farming, herbalism and medicine-making, natural building with bamboo, soil health, and lunar farming, held together with mindfulness and reverence for the land itself.
